返品・返金ポリシー (Return & Refund Policy)

At Buy Doujinshi, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict No Refund, No Return Policy, except in cases where the item is defective. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The order was canceled by us due to an item being permanently unavailable.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Customer preference: We do not accept returns if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Pre-orders: Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Scanning Service Purchases: Books sent for scanning are destroyed in the process; thus, refunds are not possible.
  • Digital Products (e-books, scanned files): These are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Orders Abandoned for Over 3 Months: If international shipping payment is not completed within 3 months, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process & Fees

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Payment processing fees (Stripe fees) are non-refundable, as they are not reimbursed by the payment processor.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the defective item (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and provide further instructions.


5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for international shipping costs.
  • If a return is approved, the customer may need to cover return shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
