It would be possible if they had them in stock in Surguga-ya or on the Marketplace, but this is not the case.
This green side of Suruga-ya, with “katori” in the url, is the side that you sell the doujinshi to Suruga-ya.
Katori’s page is intended to sell doujinshis to Suruga-ya, that is, those prices will be what perhaps Suruga-ya will pay you if you sell the doujinshis to them.
